You'll handle bookkeeping tasks, organize schedules and files, assist with internal communication, and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. You'll be a core part of the teamjust working from a different location. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks</li><li>Track expenses, reconcile statements, and generate monthly reports</li><li>Prepare invoices and assist with accounts receivable/payable</li><li>Coordinate schedules, calendar events, and internal communications</li><li>Organize files and manage cloud-based systems</li><li>Assist with onboarding documentation and team communications</li><li>Support process tracking using spreadsheets, CRMs, and project tools</li><li>Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and team members</li></ul> What We're Looking For<ul><li>3+ years of experience in virtual assistant or administrative roles</li><li>QuickBooks experience required</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken); clear and professional communication</li><li>High attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently</li><li>Tech-savvy: able to navigate tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, CRMs</li><li>Bonus: construction or real estate industry experience</li></ul> Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Remote, full-time position (ideally able to work in time zones close to North America)</li><li>$7-$12 CAD per hour, depending on experience</li><li>Flexible schedule with core hours for collaboration</li><li>Supportive, down-to-earth team environment</li><li>Long-term growth opportunity with a rapidly scaling company</li></ul>Apply TodayIf you're ready to bring structure and consistency to a dynamic construction business, send us your application.
