As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee multiple residential multi-family construction projects from site preparation through to completion. You will work closely with our internal teams, trades, and suppliers to ensure that projects meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and align with budget targets. We're looking for someone who brings a strong sense of ownership, excellent coordination skills, and a hands-on leadership style.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
  • Conduct site meetings, inspections, and safety audits regularly.
  • Track project milestones, create progress reports, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with the estimator and office team to manage budgets, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Uphold NDura's core values by delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining positive trade relationships.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or Site Superintendent in residential or multi-family construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with construction management software; experience with JobTread is an asset.
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company environment with shifting priorities.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Full time position
  • Competitive salary rate at CA$75,000 to CA$100,000 annually, based on experience
