As a Assistant Site Superintendent/Site Techncian, you'll support our construction teams across various job sites. You'll take on a wide range of tasks, from deficiency repairs and minor carpentry to site clean-up, basic concrete work, and assisting with drainage and water management. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle both the clean and the dirty work with pride, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position based in Edmonton, AB. Local candidates (within a 30-minute commute) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site repairs and touch-ups on completed or nearly-completed construction projects
• Assist with carpentry, minor framing, and finishing tasks
• Support concrete work, including small pours and repairs
• Manage site maintenance tasks such as water pumping, general clean-up, and preparing lots for construction
• Operate small tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Work closely with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to complete tasks on time
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times
• Adapt to varying site needs and prioritize tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• 2 or more years of experience in construction, general labor, or site technician roles (multi-family experience is an asset)
• Basic carpentry skills and familiarity with small construction equipment
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Willingness to do "whatever it takes", from precision repair to heavy labor
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Eligibility to work in Canada

Compensation and Benefits

• Full time position
• Competitive hourly wage at CA$45'000 to CA$60'000 per hour, based on experience
